All of our pots are hand thrown on the wheel and made from a unique blend of clay from three mineral-rich regions across Morocco. Naturally high in iron and silica, our terracotta pots are then fired at 1,000°c, giving each design our signature smooth, pale pink finish, and making them frost resistant to -20°c.
A Barbary original as seen in Harrods and The Conran Shop in the 90s, The Ereve holds an understated yet charming appearance.
With a solid base and broad aspect, this is a sturdy option for trees and larger plants that can often be at risk of catching strong gusts of wind.

A Barbary classic since 1991, each bell shaped pot is stamped with the striking shell motif and finished with beading along the rim and the base.
The Coquille continues to be a fond favourite for our customers new and original. Previously available in just two sizes, the Coquille represents the core of the Barbary collection, and is thought to symbolise the shells found on the beaches of “Maghreb” or “place where the sun sets” in the 7th and 8th centuries when western coastal Morocco was widely regarded as the edge of the Arab world.

Named after the World Heritage Site gardens in Marrakech, The Agdal is an historic variation on the classic oil jar. It’s narrow base was originally designed to be sunk into the sand to keep its contents cool in scorching temperatures.
An unplanted Agdal is a sleek, stand alone addition to any terrace or hallway.

A new addition to the Barbary collection and taking its name from the modern city centre of Marrakech, The Gueliz is a contemporary design suited to gardens and homes requiring a refined, sophisticated look. Introduced in 2025 following client feedback, The Gueliz is well suited to both inner city and modern country gardens.
